One-on-One Reiki Sessions
In-Person Sessions Available at my new location. You can now find me at the “Center for Wellbeing” located at 3201 Lafayette Rd, Portsmouth NH
At the beginning of all one-on-one sessions I’ll asses your seven main Chakras and we’ll connect on anything you’ve been experiencing in your body, mind and spirit that should be addressed in the session.
I will use “hands on” reiki healing energy and guide the energy flow from the crown of your head to the soles of your feet. If you are not comfortable with touch, I can hover above the body in your energy field and the healing energy will flow where your body needs it most.
Clients can expect to be lying comfortably on a massage table face up and fully clothed. To enhance the therapeutic atmosphere, I incorporate the use of an amethyst and tourmaline Bio mat, infusing an additional layer of healing energy into your session.
Crystals and essential oils are incorporated unless otherwise requested.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese technique used to clear and balance the body's energy. Reiki can be defined as spiritually guided life energy. It is a hands-on healing therapy guiding itself with its own wisdom. Reiki has it's own awareness and connects with the clients energy and intuitively knows where healing is needed.
A Reiki session brings a sense of well-being and calms the mind body and spirit by unblocking negative feelings or thoughts that can become lodged in the Meridians and Chakras. A session feels like a warm loving radiance flow of healing energy. Most people leave feeling lighter and relaxed.
Reiki is both powerful and gentle and works in harmony with all other kinds of treatment.

I offer Usui-Holy Fire ll Reiki levels ONE & TW0 regularly & Usui-Holy Fire Reiki Master once per year. Everyone and anyone can receive their reiki certification.
