Reiki Master | Yoga Instructor | Healer
Called to support the healing of others.
After selling her heated power yoga studio in 2023, Tracy felt called to get back to working with small groups and one-on-one.
At the core of her practice is the belief in the extraordinary healing power of Reiki and the transformative practice of yoga. While separate modalities, you’ll find themes of both threaded throughout your work together.
Tracy works intuitively to deliver whatever healing support her clients may need at the time of their session.
Certifications & Training
Tracy is a 500 ERYT Yoga Teacher as well as a Holy Fire ll Karuna Reiki Master, her passion is leading Restorative Yoga classes and Yoga Nidra meditations because she is able to share Reiki with everyone throughout the sessions.

I live on the seacoast of beautiful New Hampshire, I have two grown children and a new grandson, I love to spend time with family and my beloved yellow lab Finn.
I love to practice yoga, teach yoga, travel and hike. You can always find me on a beach or planning my next Yoga Retreat.
